I’m only 24 y/o but developed back pain at a younger age. The pain got unbearable recently so after getting an MRI from my orthopedic and uncovering that my spine was relatively normal, he recommended Unique Pain. I was skeptical but went anyways and ended up getting an epidural that completely alleviated 90% of my back pain. I was actually in shock at how great it worked because I was unfamiliar with the idea that you can do epidurals for back pain relief. I can actually sleep now, go into work without dreading it, and play sports and exercise without feeling awful 10 minutes in. The doctors and staff are so nice and informative and make you feel so comfortable. They’ll explain why they are giving you what treatment and are so knowledgeable. I just came back for my second epidural and actually looked forward to it. Highly recommend!

I am a patient of Dr. Mann and Dr. Kotlyar. I love this practice. I first came here when I could barely walk my pain was so bad. On my first visit they were able to pinpoint exactly where my pain was coming from and provide me with immediate relief. Dr. Mann called me after my visit to see how I was feeling. After being sent for an MRI he also called me an hour after with the results. The care is exceptional. Months later when my pain was beginning the practice made sure to get me an appointment and again was provided with immediate relief. Dr. Kotlyar takes the time to explain procedures in depth and answer all your questions. The nurses and office staff are very kind and helpful. I look forward to a long relationship with Unique Pain Medicine. I would never go anywhere else.
