Zak at this at&t store was awesome. He helped us out alot. Even though we are disconnecting our service, he helped us more than once with our questions. I highly recommend this location. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the location at 2670 so.I-35 service road. I won't go there again .

Came in to get a new phone since I had dropped mine in water and it barely worked, spoke with Chris and he was able to help me and he went above and beyond and the customer service he displayed was phenomenal. He answered all my questions and let me test out a couple different phones before I decided to get the S22 Ultra. He was very kind and I was able to have an actual conversation with him unlike other stores I've gone to where they have made me feel dumb for asking questions or trying to start a conversation. I will definitely be coming back here on my next upgrade or even to get the newest galaxy watch soon(:

Tried to force me in to changing my account saying I couldn't have 5G phones on my current plan. Even tho I already have 3 on my account. Went to an AT&T corporate store 5 mins away and got everything taken care of and was told they get a lot of reports of this store trying to force sells by lying
