The facility is great.clean. Professional and nice. I’ll never go there again because their insurance billing is so bad the first time I hear I owe anything is months later from a collection agency. Jefferson is supposed to do three mails and at least one call to get paid . None of them happened. NONE. This absence has happened now FOUR times. Everybody has the correct address and phone number. I have not moved. I’ve called Jefferson digital imaging facility. I have called the Jefferson digital imaging Billing people they all swear up and down that they have a process of billing that’s happened, mailed them out and are supposed to make the calls to attempt to get paid. Who knows if its them or the Postal Service but i’ve given their process enough chances to work and I’m done. It’s insane to think that i’ve missed 12 mailings and eight phone calls -and not even one from Jefferson has reached me. Frost Arnett knows how to reach me and I don’t want ANY mail or calls from a collection agency and I’m pretty angry this facility has mismanaged their billing collection process to the point where I’m forced to have an account there. Nobody should. For shame.

This place is terrible they lied to both me and my doctor that they would do specialized imaging that i needed and then called me the day before to cancel saying they do not perform those imaging services...their lies put people's health at risk and is not ok

I had an MRI with Eileen on April 12, 2022. She and the other staff were professional and efficient. I was in and out quickly and the IV I had to have was painless. Great job, I always go to center city for any tests I need.

I have been to Jefferson Outpatient Imaging on Walnut St on multiple occasions and every visit has been great. The front desk staff to the ultrasound techs are always pleasant, punctual and polite. I highly recommend Jefferson Imaging.
