So, because of some insurance won't cover 90 day refills with Hannaford Pharmacy, we switched over to CVS across the street. Cvs still can't manage to give me 90 day refills even though my Dr. called it in. Always a horrific line. The drive through is always down. We can stand the horrible service. We switched back to Hannaford. They are always courteous and friendly.

Hannaford has an excellent quality in their generic brands at a great price. Has great customer policies for customers satisfaction. The rest of their products price is a bit higher than average supermarket. Still is a pleasant place for shopping fresh produce from local suppliers.

It had been a while since I have been in this Hannaford, probably since before the pandemic. They have mostly/all self-checkout now, most of which seemed to be credit/debit rather than cash. The layout of the store is fine, with wide and spacious aisles the most noticeable change from the earlier layout. Like most supermarkets there are some seemingly strange decisions like the syrup / honey being several aisles away from all the other sweeteners, but I usually pop in for only a minute or two, so I shouldn’t quibble over small things. I was able to find what I wanted fairly quickly and check out without interacting with anyone, which worked fine for me. Staff were around if I had needed anything, and they had electric carts and sanitizing wipes for everyone’s use. There was a mix of masked and non-masked folks, but no large groups or noticeably sick people, so things seemed rather civilized. I had a good experience.

3 employees stood around for over 45 minutes while I struggled with a bumm carriage and I finally got ones to make eye contact and asked if they could get me a new cart ..she did but drops it 5 ft from me and didn't bother asking me if I needed assistance switching my groceries over to the new carriage. 1. I had a 2 year old with me and 2. I was struggling as I'm disabled. I found this to be appalling as 2 of them seemed to be part of management team. Below are pics of the people that ignored me!! 45 minutes later still standing in same place.

For a grocery store it's really not bad.
