It's a big box store. We needed some home improvement things and they were all in stock. Lady at the garden center entrance was very pleasant as we checked out.

I'm usually very happy with the customer service this Lowes provide. It was very unsatisfactory this time. A young staff member who was in the electric wire section tried to assist me by calling for some one to assist me by no one bothered to respond.

Yes, they do. They installed ours, but they hire a liscenced gas range installation so you can use anyone local if you prefer.

I believe the lengths are fixed, but you can cut back on the width. Just purchase the length that works for you, then trim the width to fit your window...

Most Lowes do not rent anything other than trucks and rug cleaners, home depot has an actual tool rental department
You can schedule with Lowes to have a measurement done in your home. . Lowes have an independent installer come out and measure for flooring at a small fee. You can then shop for flooring and decide if you want the independent installer put in your flooring or do it yourself. Independent installers are 3rd party companies.
The blocks are separate, the staff is friendly and helpful and they will load it for you. Regards
I don't believe there is a Lowe's in Somerswoth. The closest one is Rochester. I think they do deliver that far.
No, you need to let the paint harden to dispose of it. Repurpose it by donating it to Habitat for humanity
