My nightmare started when I came to the parking lot for 2 hours on W Broward blvd on August 24, to catch the 12:30 bus to Orlando, FL. Why do you have to go for 2 hours, what if it had rained don't think it is safe, that was crazy, then when we got to Orlando, Florida we should have left there at 5 am, we heard that there was a delay, we didn't leave until about 9:30 am, you can just imagine, nothing was forthcoming from the staff, they just don't care, for me, this first-time experience was traumatic not even a bottle of water 🙏

Bus was canceled last minute, no one cared to help or assist in anyway. Front desk young girl acted like it was my fault I even caught the bus. I had to wait til the next day to catch another bus. I'm from Tallahassee so I had family to help. But yger was people stranded that had no-one. And had to sleep at the bus station or pay for a hotel. This place has really changed. I would catch the bus to keep from renting a car or putting miles on my personal vehicle for short trips. Greyhound in the 80's, 90's and early 2000's was a good place to travel. I wouldn't trust the Greyhound in Tallahassee to transport me or anything anymore. Not professional or safe. No information or just doing your job matters here. Pick another form of travel or another bus company.

Yes you can buy a ticket the same day aslong as they aren't sold out and as for the phones I was just there they are just understaffed

At current gas prices a lil more expensive but worth the peace of mind compared to riding greyhound buses.
If you buy your ticket at the flexible rate there is no cancelation fee...but if you buy economy fare then there is a cancelation charge

No they don't have no lockers they don't have anything and you can't leave your luggage in the station because the station is closed at 11:00 the Tallahassee bus station is another cockroach place one one time I use the bathroom in there and I had a cockroach crawling up my leg he was so thirsty he wanted to drink my urine

You can get a ticket the same day if some seats are still available. It's best to buy ahead a day or so online. But you can still walk in and purchase a same day ticket.
You need to get ahold of the grayhound company and someone will investigate that that's very important I'm posit ve they will figure it out for you. Grayhound is known for losing peoples thing's look at you're itinerary if you haven't.
