Most tickets from Greyhound are nonrefundable. Call Greyhound you may have paid more money for a refundable ticket. Good luck!

Same advise call and find out oh and it says on the page of the fate is or isn't read all info on there. If there's still a question then call them. But I will tell you this I don't think there customer care people are from this country and the read from scripts
The really cool thing about Greyhound is if you need to go before the date of your ticket you can go down and pay a nominal fee of like 15 bucks to go that day
