If it's a online order it is at the store in there holding area. Was the item purchased in the store ?, If so then they should still have it there as well. Just talk to customer service and it should be as simple as a showing the receipt and on your way.

That's the joy of outlet malls, they do and sometimes they don't. You have to check back often.
