Do not recommend- do your research. After I was recommended a treatment I went to see an actual Dermatologist and they said I was referred the incorrect treatment. I went through the treatment since I already paid for it and no results. I’m beyond frustrated!! Afterwards, I found out from a girl who use to work there and she said they sell incorrect products and treatments. Waste of time and money.

Got a diamond hydro facial. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment, was not acknowledged that I would have to wait that long. I finally stood up and said something, otherwise I don’t think the girl checking me in would’ve said a word about it. After waiting 30 minutes I was ushered into another office to hear the “sales pitch” on all of their deals… I live 3 states away and just wanted a facial on my trip. Here’s the real kicker… I now have scratches all over my face. The facial during was great, but after, now I’m scratched up. I went to the beach and felt intense burning all over my face to realize I had scratches everywhere. Do not recommend going here.

I have been a customer here for a couple years . I’m not sure what happened maybe it’s the new staff or the owner does not care but my experience with trying to make a appointment is Horrible, unprofessional. Not responsive I could go on and on unfortunately I’m going to have to NOT recommend that if you’re trying to seek med spa treatment this is not the place that you want to spend your money. My advice to the owner and management. Ponte Vedra is a very select group of people and if you want to keep your clientele you need to work on your people skills you need to work onBeing open when you say you’re going to be open having a active manager that actually is monitoring what is happening inside the establishment and be reachable. I honestly don’t know how you’re still in business.

The whole staff is very attentive to your needs And the prices are very reasonable. I drive all the way from Green Cove Springs because it's worth it.
