It it the most experienced , responsive, professional and human team. They behave their patients like family more than just a patient . Dr Erich Schramm is my doctor for over 7 years and her nurse Emily is just the most caring , patient nurse I have ever known.I literally do not leave FL just because him and his team . It is impossible to replace him with any other doctor. It is shame that Baptist Health lost a doctor as excellent as Dr Schramm

Since Dr. Schramm and Dr. Marquez have left it has been horrible. I have to get my medication called in monthly so I call 5 days prior, new Dr. Doesn’t sent in correct rx, sends in with date 2 weeks after refill. Call office ok we will send. Go to pharmacy they don’t have. Call office oh I see your note I’ll send a message reminding her. Don’t send, next day call office they say yes we see the issue we will have her correct it and will resend nothing. Saturday nothing, Sunday nothing. Call Monday ok we see all your calls not sure why she hasn’t don’t it will send urgent message, call pharmacy, nothing. Today call and put message on portal nothing. Now I’m on day 3 no meds. How can you screw up so bad and with a medication that is needed to be taken daily without interruption. Run from this office as fast as you can and don’t look back, they don’t care about their patients at all.

The office is friendly and pleasant and welcoming. The medical assistant Emily is fantastic. She’s attentive, professional and thorough which I appreciated. Dr Church is extremely attentive, listens with care and asks questions accordingly and let’s you know about a treatment plan. I would highly recommend this office.
