I just love the stuff and wished i didn't have to wait till I'm in Dallas to shop in the store. The 3 stars are for the prices and inventory at the store. Service was 👎, store was very crowded people/cluttered isles with merchandise and you couldn't pass anotherin the isle. Much less get a basket down one. Boxes and piles blocked access to many items. If you needed anything high up you had to go find a store person. Most of them were checking out shoppers if there were more than 2 in line instead of helping the shoppers on the floor. I passed on a sectional, I couldn't get help with my questions about it.

If I lived in Dallas I would come every week! They have deliveries 3 times per week. The longer the furniture pieces are in the store the greater the mark down. We have purchased 2 matching shelves and night stands from here.

No, absolutely don't waste your time. There is stuff for sale that is not fit for sale. Dressers with drawers that have no fronts, coffee tables with a hole kicked in the side... We're not talking about minor dents and dings.

Five minutes to 10:00am and there was a line waiting for the store to open. Crate and Barrel "Outlet," I am there, and so we're many others. it sits in a small strip mall. It has a clean, open look with the whole front of the store, from ceiling to floor is windows. When you walk in, the store floor features clean lines of shelving with a well organized layout. No clutter - except the back "scratch and dent" room where things are placed where they can find a space. The employees were accommodating, ever available for questions and needs, and I was impressed of the knowledge they had concerning their merchandise. They didn't have to look anything up to provide answers because they know everything without even having to look at the tag. Impressive! We felt comfortable in this store and enjoyed walking through. Can't wait to go back.
