Store looks uninviting from the outside, almost like a prison yard, and it's been like that for the past several years. Went shopping here three weeks ago, staff paid me no attention whatsoever. While I was cashing out, they were talking to each other about their own personal lives the whole time, still not acknowledging me at all. One of them dropped a little profanity during the conversation, which I found to be completely disrespectful and unprofessional, especially if you're working in retail. Clean up the store, and replace the staff, and maybe I'll return.

I first rated this store as a five. I had Visted this store in the past and it had always been a very positive experience. Since then, i visited the store on Friday April 29th. 2022. I must say that my rating went from a 5 star rating to a 1 solely based on the way the manager treated me He was very disrespectful and though I spend a large amount of money every time I go , he acted as though I was doing something wrong and embarrassed

I came to drop items off and the man was the nastiest old man I have ever come across. He came out of his car and yelled I have no more room for anything. Well, maybe if he got there before 9:25 and actually was sorting things instead of letting it sit in full bins. And I told him I put one bag in the bins he replied with well you shouldn't have. You will jam the bins. Okay so a half filled bag of clothes would jam it???!!!!?!?I'd rather throw the stuff out next time instead of dealing with rude and nasty people. We are donating stuff to help others and that guy made it seem like I was burdening him with my items.

Since Kelly left, the store is always a mess and the associates are all very very rude! They don't like to interact with customers. Kelly was always very friendly and made you feel welcome. I used to go shopping here almost every day of the week. I have only been there 2-3 times a month and every time I left I was angry at how rude everyone was, not just to me I witnessed it with other customers as well. And you are not allowed to use the dressing rooms and you can't return anything if it doesn't fit. I have not been back to the store in a month and a half. Which sucks cuz this was my absolute favorite place to shop.
