Lack of staff. Most staff “agency paid” residence parked in front of TV and left while staff on cell phone . They tell you how wonderful and great once your in the door it’s a different story. 😢 I called your Resident family connection what a joke!

This is an extremely caring place! I had tears of joy and thankfulness the way the staff treated our loved one. They make you feel warm and welcome, like family. Invited us to stay and eat and had ice cream treats for us when we moved in. The staff is friendly with all who walk in. I see them saying hi and smiling all the time! What a happy place. A memory care does not have to be depressing. I like visiting because I am in a better mood when I leave.

Our community is a memory care only community. But, Brookdale does have a community nearby in Redmond that has various levels of care.
