New patient to the clinic and based on my results from one procedure I regret not being referred over a year ago, maybe even two, that's how long I have been struggling with debilitating pain and mobility problems. Dr Ford is a first rate listener, who zoned in, narrowed down the suspected problem in the first appointment. He then used his educated, skilled and professional experience to give me options I'd not been offered by the other practicioners I'd seen. My results have been promising and with 70% improvement I'm looking forward to treatment number two.

The office staff was confused by the patient’s name. Assumptions were made by the doctor. The doctor seemed to have a ‘one size fits all’ approach to diagnostics and treatment. When I called to cancel the appointment for treatment (patient was febrile in addition to other symptoms), the staff had no interest in the reason.

If you are really in pain DON'T BOTHER yourself even going here. It's an insurance racket where they try to experiment on one unnecessary treatment after another while you still suffer the daily grinding pain. They heap on verbal abuse to those seeking mercy from the pain yet expect you to return next month and pay MORE MONEY for them to blah blah blah..... I actually looked them in the eye and promised I would post this review and challenged with every option to change the way I was being spoken to as a patient there. Just don't bother... it's a waste of time and money.

Dr. Ford has always been polite and attentive when my husband as gone there. The employees are polite and smiling and willing to answer any questions you might have. The office is clean and well lit with the restrooms just down the hall. Parking is plentiful with plenty of disabled spots available. We've never had a wait long than about 20 minutes for his appt. While we don't look forward to making the drive, the crew there make it worth it.
