I brought my son here at the advice of the Jefferson Urgent care on Rhawn Street. He had his oven explode, had a deep laceration on his arm, and his facial hair singed. We arrived at 9PM on 9/26. It is now 12:28 AM on 9/27, and we are still waiting in an empty lobby to be seen by a doctor. If this is a trauma center, you’re better off tending to your own injuries…-at least you know your doing SOMETHING!!! Very BAD experience. Go to another hospital for treatment.

8hr waiting time, from 1pm to 8pm and still no attention. A man had a seizure in here and patients are angry because they’ve been waiting since the Morning, now the parking lot is full of hurt and self cared people waiting… there is a man outside with a bloody head wrapped in gauzes sitting next to his family on beach chairs because there is no space in the E.R or is it personnel? Horrible place !

Terrible call operators with attitude and horrible at understanding patients' needs. Can't even handle questions that aren't straightforward. Not only that, they don't give a **** about their website. Left a request for an appointment and never heard back. I also called a month earlier and they said they would reach me when the doctor came back. No care for patients.

As someone who used to work at another Jefferson hospital, this location should be ashamed of themselves! When did hospitals stop providing quality healthcare and start lacking compassion?! We took my mom into the ER for chest pains and tingling of her left arm. Since when was chest pains not an emergency?! She was told she would have to wait due to staff shortage and because traumas are priority! Are you serious?! As someone who used to work in a hospital, I’ve never told a patient who came in with chest pains to wait! The receptionist was rude and ghetto to say the least. Other patients in the waiting room stated they were there for over 7hrs!! That’s unacceptable! What’s more unacceptable is the behavior of the front support staff. That really makes the whole hospital look bad. We left and brought her to Holy Redeemer where she was seen right away and given proper healthcare with compassion. I will be reaching out to the board with a letter of disappointment and disgust! If I could give no stars I would!

Its pseudomonas and you can get it anywhere including your own unwashed hands. Dont blame others for your own problems. People dont understand how ERs work , so they blame everything on them. They saved my life when i couldnt breathe because of a pulmonary embolism, while this lady screamed she got there with her headache 3 hrs before me, hello hospitals are not first come first serve (reason for long waits) its life then limb first, how can people not get that.? If you dont want to wait call and make appt with your doctor and quit using the ER like a dr office or go to an urgent care (still might not be first come) wake up people
As and employee there i would like to apologize for your experience there but I also would like you to know that the nurses doctor's and all of the teammates that work they're do our best to provide the public with the best care as we possibly can. I don't think the words that you chose to describe the hospital that save lives and take away from our own busy life and family in Friends in events as well as holidays to be there to help other people during their time of need. But to say worthless and needs to be shut down. Is not good character to say when there's people in the community that needs our help. So all that I ask if I may is please refrain from putting the hospital down because of an experience you had. Again apologies to you.

ThT is BS . It doesnt matter how serious your injury is they will not take you quickly. They do not care. A lady actually had her oxygen tank run out waiting becayse they had her in as flu symptoms. Horrible.

It's your momma, you can visit her at any age. I would however check with the hospital visiting center about COVID policies and with your parent or legal guardian about transportation if you are too young to take public transportation.

I've been lucky l guess. I can say that both their Gyn & Mammogram departments are excellent. Staff kind and helpful. Gyn even has a bilingual staff. Excellent docs and surgeons. Sorry you had a bad experience. Hope all is well.
I work for the transport company they are contracted with. Do you have a case worker? If not call the Dr office and ask about transportation or have a case worker call you. The company is ambulnz
Torresdale campus is the biggest and busiest campus we have i would suggest that next time you go there keep checking in with the triage desk , that being said please keep in mind that youis assest based on priority meaning that you are stable and dont have life threatening injuries in the back of the er there is people who might not make it I completely understand you dont want to hear that you not a priority and i understand that this does not make you feel any better but please know that the doctor's and nurses are doing everything they possibly can th get to you
my father was treated there after finding his cancer had spread thru out his entire body. they really were there for him

If it's recent, call radiology. If they have the report ready, you can get it at the film pick-up window. But you must call first to arrange it.

No. They do not. You need a dental school, usually, to have a clinic. There is Temple Dental School at Broad & Rising Sun and Penn Dental School at 240 South 40th Street.

The best doctor to see if your still interested is Dr bogucki he is amazing and right thete in hospital he did colotomy emergency and reversal 9 months later he is the best
