The patient portal is an online dashboard assigned to you only. It requires a userid and password. See the admissions or checkout desks for help in getting access to the patient portal. When calling, leave a detailed message with your name, birth date, doctor your want to see, and your call back number. Appointments can be made at the patient portal once you have access.
Portal is where you're able to send messages to your doctor, see your lab results, prescriptions,ect with your doctors office from home.You do have to be sign up for it. Usually check out will explain the process to you and give you code to sign up.
