It's not the system, they want everyone to use the online option.
I completely agree also if you are trying to reach the clinic downstairs on the first floor make sure you are calling their number because their number is different then the main number.

The patient portal is an online dashboard assigned to you only. It requires a userid and password. See the admissions or checkout desks for help in getting access to the patient portal. When calling, leave a detailed message with your name, birth date, doctor your want to see, and your call back number. Appointments can be made at the patient portal once you have access.
