Mindy, they take people in with no money. Housing, food, clothing, hygiene are provided even if you can't pay! Most importantly you get the Word of God straight from the bible and yes there are some pretty strict rules to follow but for the growth of the resident. It's not religion shoved down your throat like people gossip about... it's all about healing and finding a relationship with the Lord.

Yes they take couples. They took my family of 5 in. We first had to live in separate houses. I lived with our 3 kids in a Women's house and my husband was in a Men's house. But 7 months later the great heavenly Father restored what was taken from us. A beautiful home the LORD has provided for my family.
Yes,they sell used tires at great prices and they have a very knowledgeable mechanic shop. They will be very happy to help.
Good Samaritan Ministries houses people who have no place to go. Especially if they are in need of breaking addiction, going through an abusive relationship, mental illness or just have no place to sleep. It is a wonderful community based on Christian values. We have bible study 6 days a week. We have church 5 days a week. Feels like college! But with pure clean fun of getting into the Word of God. It is the true Word we learn here. No falseness or made up stuff. This community really wants to help people get back on the right path and that path is Jesus. God is so good once you have realized the way 2 salvation and walk in His ways. I have been here for over a year my family and I were homeless. They took us all in with Open Hearts and arms. And now my family and I are living and our own house. Glory to God for being a wonderful father who loves us and wants us to be happy and restores what the enemy took from us.
