I’ve been living here a year and they never fix anything ever With maintenance finally comes out they come out take apart things and you never see them again I’ve been having the same problems here for a whole year. I was out of the AC for two months it was so miserable my nephew even had a seizure from being overheated! they don’t fix simple things in time! I definitely don’t recommend this place! this is miserable seek other places! I contacted the office it doesn’t work they tell u anything to get u off the phone but nobody comes out still! But if ur one day late on rent they will definitely get in contact with you then ! So if u need something fixed and can’t contact anybody don’t pay your rent until they contact you! So then u can express your concern I have like ten Maintenance request ones that I’ve had since I’ve moved in here and still nothing! And then the absolute worst thing that could of happened is they went up on everybody rent and we don’t have the pleasure of a dishwasher and other simple Amenities that comes with the apartment supposedly anyway!

Lived here for 6 years n paid on time got evicted for not putting my daughter on the lease wen I only got her 4 days out of a month and supposibly noise complaints from neighbors when I was fine with my neighbors n asked every single one if they had any problems they said no .new management came in 2 years ago and ruined everything.place is disgusting and air ducts don't get serviced and they constantly bother u with news letters and Wana walk threw your place and no what your doing all the time thanks for kicking a single father out that was working two jobs to support himself and daughter glad rent went up since then because it's not worth the money and became very scummy and stuck up .

I don't know how anyone gets moved in there because the dates always have changed for the last 2 years. Guess they only want certain people to be able to rent here. That's why I continue to be stuck homeless. Plus I am not putting up any money that would be sitting in their company account while I am on the street living while working full-time. My working income doesn't qualify me for any of the greedy traditional landlords. I am aware housing discrimination still continues to exist here in the south and I don't like it. People who collect a monthly check can get into low income housing but a person like me who works fulltime for low wages cannot get nothing. The dates of availability should not be different every time I call there.
