The Reserve is a decent place to live, clean well kept, staff on property are nice especially Yvonne, with anything you need she always tries and goes above and beyond to help accommodate tenants. The only complaint I have about the community is the insane rent increase. In my opinion as decent as the apts are it’s not worth almost $2000 a month. If I’m paying that amount I want stainless steal appliances and hard wood floors and security at the front gate.

My husband and I lived here for 2 full years. We absolutely loved it. We unfortunately had to leave Port St. Lucie for personal reasons, but we would have stayed at the Reserve for much longer, if that wasn't the case. The grounds are kept clean, the maintenance staff is efficient, kind and very aware of their surroundings. The office staff was always super helpful and kind to us. Our neighbors were nice people who minded their own business and I loved the floorplan of our 2/2. It was a split floorplan which was perfect for 2 adults working at home (no kids or pets) even pre-pandemic. It was a hidden gem when we were apartment hunting 2 years ago. If we ever end up back, this is our first stop for housing.

Life Facts

I moved in here with my son from another county. What a wonderful place. The ladies in the office are remarkable and hghly professional. Its a very safe and quiet community. I am really enjoying my stay here and im glad my son and i chose Reserve as our home in PSL.
