Where would you like me to start… We have lived here over 2 years now. The office was fantastic when Jessica, Amanda, and Jess were up there. Maintenance ran smoothly. Landscaping was great. Trash service was always great. Over the course over the last 6ish months… it’s taken a drastic 180 turn downhill. Poor Jess is the last one left, and I feel so bad for her! I am currently dealing with a situation in which I was charged multiple fees stating that my rent was kicked back by my bank, and yet my bank shows there is ZERO attempt to even collect rent. Trying to reach anyone to get answers has been darn near impossible… and I was even hung up on today by whoever the new girl is up there! There is a constant issue with trash not being collected. Landscaping is terrible… if you have dogs, be prepared to get a shovel to try to clean that one up in the massively high grass. Maintenance is still great… and Jess is still fantastic. The rest needs a lot of work! I am praying we are able to find a place to move when our lease is up… or bring back Jessica! (I will update this review as needed.)

We moved out in Feb and they are still not paying back our rental deposit it’s been six months and still not sure when they will pay back the rental deposit. Guys becareful. You won’t get your deposit back at least for six months.

We will have limited access gates for our residents and their guests to enter our community. While these gates do not provide security, our residents do have control over who they allow through the gates at the call box.
Yes! We do offer short term leases from 3–6-month lease terms, where there is an additional 12% tax on top of the monthly rent.

We are townhome style apartments that are available for rent to anyone who meets our qualifying criteria. Townhome style apartments all have ground floor private entries that give you access to your first or second floor apartment flat.
Springs at Tradition is located in the Tradition area of Port St Lucie, all residents, business owners, and lease holders are required to carry Hometown Cable internet as a part of the HOA agreement. The speed you pay for is a high speed fiber optics at 100mb so you are receiving top notch internet speeds. Additional cable packages are available through Hometown Cable on their website by selecting our community.
Springs at Tradition is a very pet friendly community. We do not have any weight restrictions, only certain aggressive breed restrictions. Our community offers two leash free fenced in pet playgrounds and a complimentary pet spa area. Contact our office for details regarding breed restrictions.
