Unless you are the parent(s) of an inanimate object, I implore you to explore other child care options. This daycare is solely concerned with collecting their inflated tuition without any interest, or dare I assert, ability to cope with the complexities that come with caring for a toddler. Without any prior incidents or warnings, my toddler was expelled from this facility after allegedly tossing a toy during a play period. Any competent child care facility would have understood this action is consistent with standard toddler behavior and at most would have notified the parent(s) and issued a warning, especially for a first offense. However, this "esteemed" operation decided upon immediate expulsion, leaving no room for negotiation and most likely replaced my child with someone from their waiting list that same day. From speaking with other parents, this seems like a common practice at this facility. Needless to say, I will NEVER endorse this facility to any parents seeking qualified childcare.

The school was well-equipped when they opened. Great student to teacher ratios, laid back atmosphere, and a pleasant staff. Then teachers began to leave, more students were packed into the classrooms, and now there is no room for children to move up to their appropriate age-group classes. The tuition has not gone down, although the service that the school provided to the families and children did, initially due to COVID restrictions. Now, parents are still expected to pay the full tuition even though they and their children are not receiving the full experience of a stellar program like they had in the beginning. Unfortunately, it is also apparent that the staff that is currently in place at this school is seemingly ill-equipped to handle any child that misbehaves. These are only my observations. My suggestion to the school is to consider the impact you are making on the young minds in your charge. It takes two in order for a child to thrive in school - the teacher and the student. It only takes one to thwart a child's educational progression - any teacher. Start asking yourself what you could do better after holding the parents 100% responsible (justifiable) for what happens in your classroom. School isn't just for the perfectly behaved children. You are getting paid to deal with all types of personalities and to teach each one. The parents, from what I understand, work with you and do as instructed by the school to address any issues. However, in the end it is you have the upper hand. You do not have to work at the problems on your end because your waitlist for entry is long. Tossing a child out is of no consequence to you because there is another in the wings awaiting enrollment.

My daughter started with Primrose as soon as they opened. Dropping her off at 7 months was a hard transition for myself but they made it so much easier. The staff is AMAZING, always great communication, good teacher to student ratio, clean facility, and feels like family. My daughter is now 1 year and it’s incredible how much she has learned while in their care. It’s nice knowing I will always get updates throughout the day about her feeding, sleeping, and photos as well! I highly recommend Primrose and couldn’t imagine my daughter being cared for anywhere else. So thankful to be a part of the Primrose family.

What is there not to love about Primrose School at Tradition?! We are so incredibly happy and continually impressed with the level of care provided to our daughter. As first time parents, we were nervous enrolling our daughter in group care but it didn’t take long to realize that Primrose Schools are different. The staff, equipment, and curriculum are top notch and we could not be happier. Teachers and staff are always available to answer questions and we absolutely love our updates throughout the day. We are blown away with the social-emotional and academic growth of our 16 month old. We cannot wait to see what the future holds for her at Primrose School at Tradition!

Every child learns at their own pace because every child is unique. At Primrose schools, teachers use a variety of tools throughout the year to collaborate with families and monitor each child’s progress. This helps them understand each child’s individual needs and provide the personalized support that helps them excel.
We call our curriculum the Balanced Learning® approach. It is designed to inspire children to think with creativity, compassion and resourcefulness. Primrose school teachers not only guide children as they learn letters, numbers, science and more, but they also weave in character development and life skills opportunities throughout the day so children can develop social and relationship skills.
We require any students or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours.
We require all teachers to be certified in first aid and CPR, in addition to ongoing health and safety training throughout the year. Teachers are also trained on common signs of illness with signage placed in each classroom. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/yakwfr8g
Items like high-touch toys, playground equipment, and other common surfaces are disinfected frequently throughout the day. Sheets and blankets from cribs are laundered daily; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and are laundered on a weekly basis.
