When there’s a line in the bank and only 2 tellers, I expect to see someone open another window. Just like in a grocery store. I don’t need someone walking around with a tablet asking everybody in line what they’re here for. I need a teller, not middle management asking dumb questions. Once again, a BofA branch with too many managers & not enough tellers!

The atm is shut down and the bank is closed almost everyday. Barely a functional location. As for the bank itself, they basically charge you for being poor, as in you have to pay fees if your account is ever below a certain amount.

Worse experience even I was waiting in line for I’ve an hour and only one cashier available in one of the most busiest bank in psl this is a shame I’m closing all my accounts after this ridiculous wait time
