TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY NEVER ANSWER. I AM WAITING FOR 3 WEEKS FOR AN URGENT APPOINTMENT WITH A SPECIALIST GYNECOLOGIST. DO YOU TAKE THIS TIME TO REVIEW A DOCUMENTATION? AND THAT THE REFERRED SAYS URGENT.

Genesis is a great clinic. They have good customer service, they take care of their patients especially pregnant women,they make sure that the mother and baby are healthy. I am currently going there and I plan on going back for my next pregnancy.

10 years ago this place use to be great I’m pregnant with my fourth child now and I feel as if I’m just another file in their eyes! I have had 1 ultrasound since 10 weeks pregnancy due date is less than 14 days away and they schedule me one for tomorrow! I missed an appointment two days before Xmas and called to reschedule waited two hours for someone to answer and than she said she had no appointments until Jan 7 that’s insane!!!

I'm not sure why there are such bad reviews, but I've only had good experiences here. All the nurses/front desk/practicioner & midwife I have seen have been great. All very kind& attentive. Wait times can get long, but there are a lot of expecting moms needed to be seen. I would recommend this place
