They are rude & completely ignore walk-ins! Despite waiting 45 minutes, they continued to call those with appts at least 10 minutes earlier than the appt time regardless that the walk-in was waiting! When asked about it they said appts are always 1st!

Had a great experience, I am an extremely hard stick so i have avoided getting lab work for some time. But the phlebotomist i got was amazing and very patient and thorough trying to look for the best nonexistent veins to draw from. And the very first stick which was done so delicately i was stunned. Her name was Dayami, definitely very experienced and considerate.

No staff working in lobby. Waiting room was packed full. Had an appointment and still waited nearly an hour. Phlebotomist seemed tired and not very friendly. Jabbed the needle in my arm so hard I jumped. Now I have a bruise. I should have read the reviews for this location. Have gone to St Pete location in past and had a pleasant experience.

Please save yourself time and do not show up to this location as a walk-in. There is a kiosk check in that is extremely dysfunctional. If you call ahead of time they will tell you to show up but once you get there they will tell you they have no time to fit you iin and will turn you away. Very unorganized and chaotic in there. Lab techs Are rude, they will speak over you,won't take the time to look at your paperwork or anything and will act like it's a huge inconvenience that you're there. there's a LabCorp about three minutes north of this place that is phenomenal, Customer service there was great and there was actually a live person to talk to you in the waiting room, They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes And there were even more people in there waiting room then there was a quest. Word of advice do not offer a walk-ins over the phone if you cannot accommodate them and waste peoples time.
