Front desk woman took time out from talking trash about the other patients to be rude to me when my doctor hadn't sent the test order. Never coming back, using Jenny Sue's Shade Tree Labs from now on....might get leaves on me while giving blood, but at least they're more courteous than a bridge troll!

1 star is being too nice, I wish I could put zero stars. Do not come to this place, staff are rude and lazy. I took my one year old son to get his blood drawn, had an 3:00 appointment waited until almost 3:30 to be seen. When my son was called we walked back to get seen, nurse or whatever she is made an remark “hurry up I’m ready to leave” then she went to draw my son’s blood and she was being too rough with him and was scaring him and she took her sweet time and told me she wasn’t able to get blood and for me to make another appointment or take him to an pediatric hospital to get it done. Never coming back here again!!!!!!!!

this location is very unprofessional! i signed in and went to sit in my car because they have a 10 people capacity limit in the waiting area. i received a text that they were ready for me and ran inside only to be told by Shanice the “clinical coordinator” that I would have to wait to be called again. when i asked why she said she just called me and I missed my turn even though I came in as she was sitting down and 30 seconds after receiving the text. When I asked her how long she said “ i don’t know” then I told her I was a nurse and told her that was not the correct answer to give a patient. after pleading for an estimate she said “one hour” and rolled her eyes! she is very nasty, has no patient care skills or mannerism’s. Shanice is a bad apple at that establishment and was proud of how she treated me. will never go back to Lab corp if thats the people they put in charge.

I went here for a employment drug test, no appointment just walked in as soon as they opened around 7am. I was in & out within about 15-20 minutes tops. Facility was clean, staff was super nice & informative.
