No proper directions. No one to help the patients coming in. They say appointments r required but it’s totally impossible to book an appointment with them via telephone and the kiosk doesn’t schedule an appointment.. it just gives a number which the technicians don’t accept

I had a wonderful experience at this Quest location. I highly recommend anyone to come here. The check-in process was quick and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long at all to get called into the back. It’s also better if you make an appointment online to prevent long wait times. The lab technician was also pleasant and efficient. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thank you for making my visit with you all a great experience.

I came on time, brought all needed paperwork. Upon entering I sat & wait as instructed via text. I was called promptly, then Threatened by the staff calling me in. Then she yelled out to others in waiting area with an additional threat.. “ we are running out of masks, we will start turning you away if you don’t have one “ then she ordered me to place a paper towel over my face.. very sternly & extremely rude! She then went about the procedure, turning to me after the threats to call me Sweety.. I am a Nurse of 29 years.. first of all..be knowledgeable about procedures, then perform in a respectful manner. I have a Hugh hematoma & blood was running out of my bandage walking out. She had no compassion when piercing through my vein then pulling out to proper place for specimen & once again while changing tubes for req. labs.she goes out leaking blood .. I get that this happens.. I draw blood daily.. but I would never threaten or scold or use terms of endearment to address Patients. I’m sitting here with a bloody pressure band that I reinforced once in the car.. & an ice pack once I arrived home.. I don’t take blood thinners… & I have very viable veins to choose. I don’t want to have an unsightly area to cover just because I had a routine blood draw.. but mostly I’m concerned with the Threatening to Patients coming to Quest.. I could have easily went to LabCorp….Sincerely concerned Patient
