The building is nice and clean and there's plenty of parking. My phlebotomist, Daniel, was amazing. He was kind and efficient, exactly what you want from someone drawing your blood. I don't know if they don't have dedicated front desk staff at this location, but everyone I spoke to at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. However, it seemed like everyone was in a better mood once they were with actual patients so idk. Make sure you bring a mask.

Long waiting times, rude service. I've been twice, no more.. There are always problems and nobody wants to solve them. There was an error with my order on their system. Even though I was showing the confirmation of the money transfer and the confirmation from their company on the phone, they required me to send it to them by fax ?! seriously anyone in 2022 uses it? I asked for an e-mail to somehow resolve this situation, but they doesn't want helped. They says that I had to print the order and come again. I asked for help because I just moved here and I didn't have a printer yet, and everything was closed at 6 am ... no one helped me ... and standing in front of their large printer in the office they sayed that it was not possible to print my order on it . It was just a joke ... On the first floor, in some other office, I asked for help and - you will not believe - a very nice lady immediately helped me without any problem! there are still good people in this world. I wasn't their client, but they helped.

I HATE having my blood drawn. But this was such an easy experience. I made an appointment, checked in and waited in my car, got a text quickly that they were ready for me and headed inside. I was in and out within minutes. The phlebotomist was wonderful and fast, I wish I had caught her name. Highly recommend, just make an appt in advance.
