Most personal injury clients cannot afford to pay us by the hour. In order to eliminate this hurdle, Distasio Law Firm does not charge by the hour. Instead, our fees and costs in personal injury cases are contingent on the outcome. If we are unable to obtain a recovery on your behalf, you owe us nothing. When we do win your case, we will take a percentage of the recovery and we will be reimbursed for the costs we have paid on your behalf.
