When SFCM and PMMI " managed" Autumn Chase they allowed anyone here regardless of their background. My neighbor, brought bed bugs in and neither management company did anything. Ann Thompson, Antoinette Turner, Rose Caughran, Dan Woodruff, Gary Tave, Rick McGowan seriously neglected the situation, and lied to me about everything associated with Brian Jameson's bed bug infestation. I lost my entire savings and then some. Please do not rent ANYTHING from any one of these companies or people. Autumn Chase has now been bought by a much better company and they are making changes for the better.

I’ve lived here for 10 months & my apartment has been termite infested since I’ve lived here. I’ve called several times to get it taken care of & they’ve came out & sprayed maybe 3 times, which obviously does not get rid of termites. Will probably have to get all new furniture because I’m sure my wooden furniture is ruined. On top of that my kitchen is also roach infested. & my car got randomly towed even though I’ve parked in that same spot for the last 10 months. Don’t waste your money!!! Think twice before renting here.

I'm not sure, but definitely let the leasing office know. My laundry was not stolen, but, someone went through it in the laundry room connected with the leasing office. I've reported it and have followed up a couple of times, but, they do not care to help.
Because no one cares. They only care about collecting the overcharged rent

Actually like the way you can get your laundry done. A card, ( which you can purchase) no quarters required.
