They shouldn't be there. Rainbow village kicked her (Joanna)out because she still owed them money. If Ethel does have her there she can be kicked out. If you remember Ethel and everyone else was warned by the office that Joanna wasn't allowed on the property. I will report it and you should too. The last thing Rainbow village wants is Joanna starting with everyone in there again and the cops being called once again to break it up.
