I called to check availability, I’ve heard some good reviews so thought I’d give it a shot. The phone was answered with a plain “Silva’s”, I said “good morning” that was met with silence... so I asked for after school availability and I got the flattest “we’re not doing that this year” I responded with “oh okay, thank you anyways” and that was followed up with a “yep” and a click. ..... I’ve worked in the daycare system before and would never speak like that to a parent calling in . Very unprofessional in my opinion and not warming or welcoming what so ever. You’re working with peoples baby’s.. you should try having a more friendly and professionally approach.

My son has been there over a year now and the admin staff have been helpful but his teachers Amauri and Natalie are so amazing with the little ones. I feel like my son is well taken care of when I leave and have no worries. If your kids are ever lucky to get them as their teachers count yourself fortunate. Everyone we’ve encountered have been helpful and transparent especially through Covid-19 also!
