Lots of great features. But laundry machines eat the coins. Great view, and great new recent improvements. Ladies in the office are wonderful.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. the apartment is absolute garbage. BLACK MOLD . roaches and wasps everywhere. The apartment signed a cheap contract with a third party roof company that flooded several units by breaking open a water pipe. The Air conditioning is awful and the maintenance person likes to not do his job and be very creepy around the females when their is no male presence around. UNWANTED CONTACT. The front office will not help you with your problems and the corporations who owns this place, Franklin street are just trying to make a quick buck and do the very minimum to keep this apartment from being demolished. This place is a joke and it is not worth 900$ / month for a company that does not care about you. take your money somewhere else

There are only 4 units that are 2 bedroom. There is a waiting list. 2 bwdroom units as of 2018 were approx 1250 month. Keep in mind that ALL units rental prices INCLUDE utilities, a.c., electric, water, sewer, trash, gas. All included in rent and no additional fees. So when comparing apartments at Lakes of Largo to other nearby apartments, do the math by adding utility costs to other apartment rental fees. Though other apartments may have seemingly lower rent, when you add in utility costs, one may find that Lakes of Largo is not only reasonable, but with the amenities provided, (like a gas range and a/c you can run day and night) that's its the best value per square ft in Largo. Plus its on a beautiful lake with a great management team.
