We do enjoy living here, apartments are nice, amenities are available, we do use the 2 pools often. But what we love about living here is the maintenance staff, Roberto and his crew are top notch! They are quick to respond to maintenance requests and always get the job done with a smile and all! Thank you guys!

I being here at Mystic Bay for yr an half And The Maintenance guys are extremely Awesome, When Ever I submit a request for something that need to be fix They respond quickly..The Only problem In this Property is the parking Lot Is because the Residents Can't find a parking, when There's other People that don't leave here get your parking AND THAT'S Not FAIR.

You are billed for water but include it in your rent payment. With your rent, there is also a fee for trash service. Mine was $20.00. I thought it was a great service because I only had to set my trash in a container outside my door and someone picked it up. You pay for your electric and cable/internet.
