Always have had good customer service at this facility and I’ve had storage for years all over San Diego. They didn’t raise my rates after the 1 year mark and when I needed to get a larger unit without notice they didn’t gouge me for it! They allowed me to use their online service to snag a free month on my new unit and they refunded most of the rent I had just paid last week. They gentleman who helped me was pleasant, helpful, and professional! Good rates too compared to other storage in the area!

You get what you pay for. I will start off by saying that for the most part, every interaction with the staff has been great. That being said they’ve started closing the office from 1-2 stating covid reasons. Really inconvenient time of day for a closure, but fine, it’s posted on the door so at least it’s known. However, two trips in a row now, the single attendant has taken a lunch break starting at 2 that lasts upwards of an hour. If 1-2 isn’t a lunch break, not too sure why the office is closed for that time. A good portion of the units require you to get a key from the office to get into the building so you can access your own unit. Facilities are adequate and sufficiently secure, but you can’t take away 2 hours from the already limited operating hours on a weekend.
