I have had items stored here longer than most people rent a storage unit. I ran into an issue when I went to remove my items. The site manager, Grace, and her co-worker, Pinky went above and beyond and resolved the issue very quickly. For the entire time I have rented here, I have been extremely happy and content with the service I have received!! I highly recommend this location.

Customer service in the place is 💯 wonderful. Grace was very helpful and answered all my questions. She even helped me get discounts on my storage unit and helped me get a free lock as well. The place is clean, very accessible, and equipment looks like it’s being taken cared for. Would definitely recommend this place to others!!

I received the most outstanding customer service at the Mira Mesa location! Very clean. Everything was throughly explained in great detail! I would highly recommend. Pinky and Grace were very knowledgeable and happy go lucky! You could tell they take great pride in their job.
