I've been with Extra space storage for years everybody there is great but Sara there is awesome,hands down her customer service is top notch. I had a question,she told me she would call me back and when she did my issue was resolved. It wasn't even an issue.It was more of a concern. I spoke to a new tenant who informed me... the prices on the website are not accurate. They were charged $100 more then advertised and on the 2nd month the rent is raided $100
