Robert, Thank you for you interest in transferring to Local 290. You will need at least 6 years of work in local 290's jurisdiction. Feel free to call the Local Hall at 503.619.5700 and ask for Ramon. He will help answer any questions you have about transferring.
Reimbursement check? I guess if you have done something for local 290 and have a question about a reimbursement check then id call the front office. They can get the ball rolling for you. They may know where it is or be able to mail it to you.
It's probably the aptitude test before the interview. Most of the time windows like that are set up to keep people from spending ten hours working on a test. Keep studying and if you have any questions call the training center.
