I wrote a review a few years ago about Tufcoat, and I have been doing business with them for more then 15 years now, maybe more. I have to say they are honest, reliable and know what they are doing. I read a review just now about gutters that fell apart. That is too bad, but looks to me like the product you brought to the coaters wasn't welded right. That is not Tufcoat's fault. As a welder, and a manufacturer, I know. Tufcoat should not be blamed for poor welds. That is the builders fault. Just 2-cents from an old builder, I have been in the business for more then 30 years. As far as Tufcoat goes, my original review stands: You can't find better quality, service or prices. Been coming here for years and they really go the extra mile for their customers.

So you can see the before picture and the after picture. Sorry pictures will not load. I will try later.The pictures are of gutter scupper boxes before this company took them in to be powder coated and an after picture of the 11 boxes in many pieces. I have used Tufcoat on a few previous projects with no problems, but you know what they say you don't know a good company until there is a problem then you see the true colors. I have to say I am no expert in Powder coating and left that up to the professionals. In this case the owner Allisa Scott said I should have known they could not powder coat these boxes and it was my fault or the manufactures fault....she didn't offer any help as I told her I would like to be put back in the position I was before doing business with her company. The boxes cost me about $1,200. Not even an offer to help. She did send me a bill for $1,350 for cleaning and lost production. Unbelievable!!!
