I’ve been going to this vet for years. I am always met with kindness, respect, and reasonable prices. This morning I took my dog in to be put down after a losing battle with lymphoma, and Dr. Judy Reed was absolutely phenomenal. She was thoughtful, empathetic, gentle… the staff was sweet and loving towards both me and my old man. I just want to say… Thank you for helping the transition be as smooth as possible. I appreciate you all so much!

My son adopted his dog from Oregon Dog Rescue (next door) four years ago. At the time, we were taking our old girl (lab mix) to another vet. From the first visit to Willamette Valley our experience was great. They demonstrated more compassion, thoughtfulness and patience. We switched to Willamette Valley instantly. Sure, you can't make an appointment and the wait can be long at times, but it's worth the wait. We recently had to put our 14+ year old lab down. Each visit leading up to this I was impressed with the care the doctors showed our dog, even to the point they were down on the floor providing comfort and care. On the sad day we had to say goodbye, they were along side us crying as we cried. If you walk in and there is a long wait, maybe there's a reason you should try to appreciate. The doctors and staff are amazing.

Such a caring and professional group. They took great care of our little when we took her to get spade. Answered all our question and were very gentle with her.
