Our little dog, Bebe, was anxious when we took her to doggy daycare at another place. We are so glad we found Reynolds. She looks forward to being there and is happier overall. The regular schedule and large outdoor area are the right mix for our dog.

Lucy has been going to Reynolds since she was a pup! She used to run in without even letting us say goodbye, she was so excited to be there. We knew then she loved going there and we were at ease when we were away on vacation. She is 11 now and she does not seem as excited when we drop her off. She would rather be home with us. But when we pick her up, she looks good, happy, and healthy. We know Lucy is well cared for at Reynolds. It’s a place she knows and with people we trust.

When we booked our rescued German Shepherd for her first daycare experience, we weren't exactly sure how she would do. We dropped her off, hoping it would be a good experience for her and for the people caring for her. When we picked her up that evening, Jackson took the time to tell us in detail, how she reacted to the new environment and the other dogs. It was evident that the staff at Reynolds Dog Resort were very aware of our dog and did everything they could to help her be successful. In the end, I came home with valuable information about how my dog reacts to new experiences, as well as a very relaxed and happy pup. Seeing the professionalism of the Reynolds staff, and the genuine care they show the dogs, I will definitely be more relaxed when I drop her off next time.
