Excellent customer service and prompt response time! My company had an emergency situation in which we needed a drop box in the morning for us to be able to operate. I called S and H at 7 pm and they were able to deliver to us a box by 8 AM.

Took a cut in pay to work at Cornelius branch. After a month without complaints. I was fired because they found someone for less money. Employees are great. Owner is just another user. To rich to care that I have a quadrapalegic wife and one income. Bummer. I like what I was doing.

Garden mulch was full of grass seed. It took us years to remove all of the grass that eventually sprouted. When I called to complain they could care less. Awful! Will never use them again.
