I went in to get my car looked at for possible overheating issues. They did a pressure test and then the mechanic checked my fuse box and realized the radiator fan wasn't kicking on fast enough. He found the fuse and fixed the fan issue. Little did I know he didn't replace my fuse box cover. A few months later I went to change my own oil to realize their mistake. I called them once a week to see if they could find it. Their front desk worker gave me the run around and constantly said he would call me back and never did. Recently my car broke down on the highway due to water getting into my fuse box which fried my circuit board. I called to speak to the manager and the front desk worker refused to give me his number and said he'd call me within the hour. 4 days later I haven't recieved a call from them. I had my mechanic fix the issue and he advised me to get ahold of Tires Plus management. I never lost my temper with them but to ignore me like they have I might have to go a legal route to get their attention. My money this month is for Christmas shopping and not for unessasary auto repairs due to Tires Plus negligence and unprofessionalism. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR PROPER AUTO REPAIR.

I have used Tualatin Tire Pros twice now for Tires and Alignment. The Staff and Mechanics are all very polite and treat you like family. The pricing is comparable to other shops in which I shopped around without them knowing and they came in lower than all. The best feature to me is that they are straight forward and only charge you for what you need done, No push to upgrade and never felt like I was being fed a line of BS.. This place is great and I already have recommended to my co-workers. They have a customer for as long as I'm in the area . Great job all. :)

Nail in my tire brought me in. Robert walked me through different options/suggestions with no pressure. I was going to leave to check out other places but I didn’t have time as I had to pick up children. They put on my spare so I could continue to use the car until the tires came in the very next morning. They changed the tires within a few hours and when i went to pick the vehicle up... their credit card machine was down. I offered to leave the CC info but Robert refused. He allowed me to take the vehicle and come back the next day to pay. No one does that anymore! I appreciate everything he and his staff did for me. Will definitely come back! He even registered the new tires so I didn’t have to. Win win!

Highly recommend! I got my tires here, and come here for all my regular maintenance. They have good prices and are super loyal to their customers. Recently one of my tires was damaged beyond repair, and when the warranty refused to cover it, Robert truly went above and beyond to make it work out!
