The team is super friendly and very helpful. Despite being slammed I was greeted right away and they helped me get new inserts made and brought out a variety of shoes. I stuck with and updated model of my shoe but also found a new style and ended up getting both.

Very happy with the time I have spent at this location. I stopped in for new shoes for running and work, Sheldon helped me and was excellent from start to finish. He is knowledgeable and has fantastic customer service. He fitted my insoles and found me some awesome socks. The first pair of shoes didn't quite work out after my first run so I came back and Devon helped me this time around. He also had great customer service and helped me find another great shoe. I 100% reccomend visiting this store and I'll definitely be back for more gear.

What really impressed me was even during an exchange Artem and John (2 employees) still provided the same amount of attentiveness and care. Truly love the shoe fitting experience to get the right shoe. It makes all the difference if you walk or run a lot. I’ve never had to return a shoe. I like your socks as well and have walked marathons on them! Feedback to customer service. I’ve been a VIP member since 2013 and have tried and opted out of your VIP+ membership (surprise $59.99 charge!). It’s absolutely annoying upselling. Free exchanges within 90 days on a $100+ shoe that doesn’t fit right should be your DNA, not a VIP charge model.
