They should definitely do background checks and eviction checks as this woman completely destroyed my home with her pets.. and then disappeared owing 1050 in back rent.. damages so far in my home are around 8000 dollars.. due to covid we could not evict her in March.. why not? .. what I don't get is she had a job so why couldn't I evict her....I feel they should be responsible as they should have checked her out before she should be let in anyone's home.. I have her signed lease and provisions that she signed to take care of any damages in mutt home and now I can't find her..be aware people..

We have a few programs. Anyone can apply. If you are asking about rental assistance, you will still need to find a landlord that will rent to a person that has a felony. Many landlords will not rent to anyone with a felony.
