The nurses are rude and unhealthy. My mother had surgery last month, she waited over 2 hours for a simple glass of water. It wasn't a shift change or busy at all. I saw about 10 nurses and staff stuffing there fat faces with donuts and gossiping. Go anywhere but this place.

Note: I'm gathering testimonials from people who were mistreated by Dr Bilotti. Please contact me to share your experience. Not only is the staff rude and condescending, they will also lie on medical records to suit their diagnosis. Be sure to record your visit on your phone, and DO NOT leave the hospital before seeing the MyChart notes. Dr Bilotti will profile you based on your appearance, and will falsify medical records when it suits him. His team is either in on it, or they are too intimidated to do anything about it. If you are a patient, beware. If you work there and know of Dr Anthony K. Bilotti's unethical behavior, I urge you to report him to the hospital. There has to be a way to do it that is anonymous. I will be reporting him and the hospital to the Oregon Medical Board, and I advise you to do the same if you were also treated unfairly. Look him up on Google and read all the negative reviews. It's incredible that he is still employed at Meridian Park, and hasn't had his license taken away from him.

I was rushed by ambulance to this location. Tight chest, breathing issues and loss of feelings in arms. I write this as I am still sitting in the waiting room where I have been for three hours now awaiting help. When I got here and explained what was going on to the Triage nurse I was simply asked if I had a car and why I didn’t drive myself here. I’m not sure if this is some form of sick punishment for seeking help here. But I’d rather be dying on my couch instead of a dirty hospital with rude staff and no assistance. Worst hospital I’ve been to and I used to have to deal with one the worst ranked hospitals in the country.

Nurses/care team and doctors were absolutely amazing and I would absolutely recommend their birthing center, but the billing staff and phone operators are absolutely horrible. I was never in contention of my bill, but it took over a year to get settled and I felt demeaned and belittled every time I called to ask a question about the status of my claim. And then they failed to send me a copy of her birth certificate, so I’m now in the process of requesting that through the state. When I called to ask about it, the woman made me feel stupid that I had waited so long to ask about my daughters birth certificate in the first place. I seriously am at a loss with how rude and demeaning the people I’ve had the displeasure of speaking with over the phone. But again, they didn’t deliver my baby, so 4 stars purely for the amazing nurses and doctors that took such good care of me. But the operators need an overhaul and an attitude adjustment. And to be better at their jobs (seriously, I shouldn’t have to be asking the county for my daughters birth certificate. Being a new mom is hard enough without having to make sure your claim is getting processed or having to follow up for records I’m legally entitled to).

Exit 289, up the street from Famous Dave’s. If you know where the Tualatin Cabelas is too- around that area. You can Google the address too.
When I was wondering in medical records you just had to ask and sign for them. If you just want them for a new provider they can request them.
Only one visitor ( for the duration) is allowed. So you'll have to try to figure out who can devote the most time. Sorry.
If theirs a lot of ambulance activity, or they are short on employees then Yes
Because it is located in Tualatin the hospital is Washington County. Although very close to Clackamas County as the city of Wilsonville is divided by both counties.
It is not a Providence facility. This is a Legacy Health facility.
Yes, I have Healthnet, and they are the preferred providers of Healthnet...
Washington county
