Hoped for more, got less. Was checking out stores in the area for boots, and having been a short drive in california from the main 5.11 production facility and stores I assumed that it'd be of reasonable size and have a good stocking of items. Stock was okay, nothing of the larger sizes in anything reasonable. If you wear anything beyond a 12M just don't bother..they don't carry it and will tell you to just go order it from the website. Doesn't help much when you want to try it on to see if you even like it before investing $200+ in a pair of duty boots. A bit of chaos in the back area with lots of random items that aren't price tagged, so if you're curious you'll need to bring it to the front register or ask and they'll tell you "about what it should be" instead of just spot checking it on the register. Not impressed at all with the minimal service received. Employee was behaving in a very vapid manor, focusing on their phone far more than any of the customers and didn't appear to want to work. I found two pairs of boots in the back and asked for the price on them and got "they should be about $150" with a very questioning tone, and when I asked if the website would serve better price checking she replied "probably because those aren't normally here" and went back to her phone. Needless to say we did not and will not be making any purchases at that location.

The workers were very unfriendly and unwelcoming, more interested in there phones, severe lacking in customer service skills, I wish I would have read the reviews before shopping here, they obviously do not care about feedback, no type of military or police discounts either. At least none was offered to me. I'll never shop here again or refer anybody to this location.

Not sure how this place is still open. The customer service here is really bad. If you go into the store don't expect a greeting or a sales person asking if you need help, too busy on their phones. Tried ordering on line, it took 10 days to get my boots. The latest experience when ordering was no better, employee said will transfer from another store (Friday) will be ready for pick up the following Wednesday. Called Thursday and was informed other store never shipped but will be in store that weekend. Monday I called again and store manager said Thursday. I took my business elsewhere, you should too.

I've used 5.11 Tactical gear since 2006. I like their pants, clothing, and bags but have never had good luck with their shoes. This review gets two stars for customer service and experience with this particularly store. I made an online purchase to take advantage of a labor day sale but decided to return the item. I checked the 5.11 website and it showed the store was open until 8 PM. I arrived shortly after 6 PM To find the doors locked and the "new" hours posted on the door. I ventured back to the store the following day. The female employee was short and rude from the start. I was informed I could not make the return in store because I used PayPal online. I had to make a phone call to customer service from the parking lot while staring at the physical store. Come to find out on 5.11's website, they CAN take a PayPal return with the balance on a gift card. Very frustrating experience and it does not make me want to visit this location in the future.
