I was told my cover on my truck tailgate could be repaired. $180 later it is still not repaired. I asked if money I spent could be applied to a new one and was told no. This doesn’t even address my 4 trips to their shop to show that their work was poor.

Jason and his team were fantastic. They quickly diagnosed the problem I was having with my suspension and then repaired all under warranty. Customer service is what drives repeat buisness and I will be coming back to Tualatin Truck for sure. Thank you

I cannot speak in terms of their work quality because I ended up not getting an appointment with them. I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance and 1.5 hours before my appointment I was called and informed that somehow they overbooked and that I would have to wait over another week to get into their shop. I do not know how you could possibly overbook a week worth of work and realize that 1 hour before an appointment. They ended up scheduling me out to a different shop at a different date. So either they have extreme scheduling problems or for some reason they put a large number of customers before me when my appointment should have been next on the list. So as I said, I cannot speak for their quality of work, but as for customer service, I will most likely not be looking to work with this shop again anytime soon.

They stand by their warranty!! We bought our liner from them right after we bought our truck back in 2007 and it needed a few repairs. They replaced our whole liner as the original was not done properly from a different line-x shop. Brian (The owner of this Line-X location) has been wonderful to deal with. I really appreciate them taking care of us. You have earned a customer for life!
