I’m very tired of dealing with this company. The sales process was less than forthright. After I signed the contract and paid the deposit, I was told they miscalculated my rebate and I would owe more than $1300 more. Because of supply chain issues, the battery I was sold “may cost thousands of dollars more”. Two verbal requests to cancel the order and get my money back were unanswered. Two written requests to cancel my order and get my money back were also not answered. A week later, miraculously, they were able to schedule my installation after getting a truckload of batteries. Installation day comes and they have brought the wrong battery. The workers on the roof threw trash in the backyard, and the installation has not passed the electrical inspection. I have called twice to see when they are returning to fix the problem, and nothing has been scheduled. This has been exhausting and regretful.

I have worked with a lot of teams and this one is clearly fine tuned and driven by tech. I started with a recommendation from PGE to a list of contractors for solar and a battery. Green ridge was first to respond, fast with appointments, and present through the whole process. This was important to me as I wanted to ensure maximum offset of my electricity usage with all planned renovations in mind to my home adding a jacuzzi and EV - Caroline (who has a degree in this business - all the folks are super talented) said no problem and was right there the whole way as the federal incentives changed providing super advice to match. Their management of all the permits and tree trimming and assets with shortages is impressive and I felt informed the whole way. I am absolutely thinking of green ridge for future projects, and appreciate the installers and electricians putting up with my questions- clearly they are passionate about their work!!

The entire team at Green Ridge were absolutely fantastic. They were super patient with us as we studied our options for solar and figured out financing for it,. They walked us through their whole process for designing the system for our home, and were quickly responsive whenever we needed clarification on something. The install was quick and easy, and they handled all the permitting and other attendant bureaucracy. If you're looking to get a solar system, I highly recommend doing so with Green Ridge.
