Cleanest storage unit in SoCal. My former storage unit was double the price and half as clean. Darlene is the single best employee -ever- and she makes sure everyone is happy, the grounds are clean and safe, plus she always greets me with a smile and remembers my name. The fact that the employees are paying such close attention is -fantastic- and that kind of community is something that can not be overlooked when choosing a storage unit. After all, renting a storage unit is like renting any other community shared space, we are all responsible to make sure bugs and rodents stay out! The culture of this storage facility is that everyone takes care of everything together, and Darlene is truly the heart of it all! <3 Could not be happier with this place!

I am so happy to finally be out of Morena Storage and at a much better storage facility. This place is CLEAN, easy, no issues to get in, no stresses to go to your unit, oh- did I mention CLEAN!!...Last the nicest people working here. I had spoke to Idalia on the phone. She took her time and explained, made recommendations and held a unit. I came in the next day....and, she walked me around, explained how it all worked. I rented my storage....left and came back later in the evening. She made sure I knew what to do. WOW!!! Finally, EXCELLENT customer service!!!! I give them a 10...across the board. Don't think twice- this is your storage. Even my boys said, this place is way better!! I'm so happy....thank you Idalia!!!

Idalia made the process of renting a storage unit so easy and smooth. She listened to my needs and even remembered she had a recent opening closer to the entrance that made moving my household into a smooth process. She was so on top of my reservation beforehand and followed up when she said she would. Overall this was a great experience thanks to her!

Amazing customer service! Darlene went above and beyond when we were moving in and out of our storage unit. She worked with us when we needed it. Making it so much easier moving in and out. She was so sweet to our family. Very highly recommended! The unit was spacious and clean. We used the unit for 5 months while we were out of state. No problems at all. :)
